He couldn’t believe what was happening at the moment. Everything was such a blur to him. He had tried to explain himself to her but the woman.. that damn woman, was trying her hardest to escape him. Stephanos was beyond frustrated, not only with himself but with with that girl. Lucretia. She was driving him to the point of madness and he could not tolerate it at all. Anger welled up within his chest as he watched her just walk away from him, just because she didn’t agree with what he had said. She did not agree. What the hell was wrong with her. And yet, she, of all people, had decided that it was okay just to walk away from him. To make sure that he had to deal with the pain that he caused. Oh no. That was not going to happen at all. She may have thought she ruled the roost, but that did not mean anything to him. As far as he was concerned, he had more power than what she did and therefore, he had every right to teach her a lesson. And he, as the second in command, would teach her rather quickly on how things were to be done around here, whether she liked it or not. She was going to learn. With a growl escaping his throat, he charged after her, as best as his leg wanted to to go, his eyes flashing in anger. "Move!" The snarl escaped his lips as he commanded those in front of him to get out of his way. He meant business at the moment and if she wanted to play games with him, he would gladly play her games. Unfortunately, it probably wouldn't have been something that she would enjoy, especially with the temperament that he was dealing with right now.
She would learn.
As he climbed the steps, he moved a little bit slowly, careful to place his feet in an area where he could be steady. All that he needed right now was to fall and roll down the stairs because of some woman. That would be embarrassing. But at least it would be for a good cause. To teach someone a lesson they would never forget at all. His fingers scrapped against the wall surround him, his mouth muttering words that were barely audible to anyone around him. Something about woman and strangle. It was for his ears only so that is what he cared about. As he crept, he could see the back of the woman's dress as she fled from him. Oh, she wasn't going to get very far, not if he has anything to do with it. When he almost reached the top and she was nearly in reach, he reached out to grab onto the back of her dress, only to have a door slammed onto his fingers. A yulp of pain escaped him as he quickly pulled away and held his hand, nursing it the best way that he could by rubbing it delicately. It was painful, that sharp pain which lingered in his arm but he needed to stop her. He couldn't have her running away on him, acting like she could rule the world. That was not okay with him. Taking in a deep breath inwards, trying to stop the pain that lingered within his hand. Once it subsided a bit, he slowly made his way up the rest of the stairs and to the landing where her room was. There was another deep breath inwards, his body quivering with anger. Now was the time.
Raising the cane upwards, he knocked on the door with it, sending a rap, rap, rap, sound on the wooden door. His hand then reached down towards the handle of the door which he tried to open, only to realize that she had decided to lock him out of the room. Lovely. This had gotten more complicated as it went on. Closing his eyes and gritting his teeth together as he stood there, he tried his best in order to conceal the anger that lingered within his chest. This was all too much as he just couldn't deal with it anymore. "Lucretia.. if you would please open the door for me so that we can talk about this issue.." He had tried his best not to seem angry at all however, his voice has grown hoarse with he annoyance he felt. Did he really have to put up with her? Yes, she was his issue now and therefore, he had to deal with it accordingly. And so, he stood there waiting, hoping for her to just peek through the door so he could burst it open. That was his game plan and he was sticking to it. However, he would play according to her and since she still decided not to open the door, from his knowledge, then he would play her game. Sadly, she would not be the winner. Digging into his pocket, he pulled out a necklace that he has been working on, deciding that perhaps, this may sweeten the deal for her. Once more, he knocked with his cane. This time, offering her something that she hopefully wouldn't refuse. "If you open up, I have something for you. Something I think you might like.." And with those words, he jingled the necklace, allowing it to click together and easily be heard by the woman inside the room. He was offering her a gift, something he rarely did for most people. But then again, it was to get inside.
But now, he had to wait for his bait to work.
